The steel alloy barrel has a SR556Mini14 style flash suppressor and a machined A380 aluminum alloy receiver. The detachable rotary magazine is flush mounted with an extended magazine release. It has a positive push button crossbolt manual safety and a heatstabilized glassfilled polymer trigger housing assembly. A combination scope base adapter for both weaverstyle and 22 tipoff scope mounts are included. All 1022 rifles are sleek perfectly balanced rugged and superbly accurate continuing to perform under heavy use.
