It has a beautiful walnut stock with a with a satin oil finish. The steel loading gate on provides for smoother loading. The rear tang is drilled and tapped for an optional tangmounted rear sight for a more precise sight picture. This Short Rifle model features a straight stock round barrel and gold bead front sight with semibuckhorn rear.
