Returns Policy

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Returns must be in the original condition, unused with original tags, labels, and packaging. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. 

  • Gift cards, guns, ammunition, or personalized items such as custom orders or custom engraving, etc. are not eligible for returns. 

  • The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning or exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We receive customer returns via FedEx, USP, or USPS. 

  • Please allow 3 to 5 days for processing. 

  • Please keep records of your order number and any tracking numbers. 

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wader Warranty

Webb’s Sporting Goods warrants waders for up to one year from date of purchase for manufacturer defects or leaks. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty coverage. This warranty does not cover unreasonable or excessive use or damage (holes, rips, tears, etc.) or any modification of the product.

Refunds (if applicable) 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or declined. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you have not received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then, contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. (Most returns take 7-10 days to process fully.) If you have done all of this and have not received a refund yet, please contact us at sales@webbssportinggoods.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged, and all sales are final.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at sales@webbssportinggoods.com and send your item to 1970 S Whitehead Drive, De Witt AR 72042, United States

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Policy

  • Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS and will be shipped the same or the next business day after receiving cleared payment.

  • Standard orders placed by 1 pm CST will ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

  • Domestic only, no international shipping.

  • No ground service is available for orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Please call us at 870-946-0347 for a quote to ship items to these states. Free shipping promotions do not apply.

  • A physical address is required as we do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

  • For expedited shipping, please call our customer service and shipping department at 870-946-0347.

  • Personalized items allow 3-5 business days for processing.

  • Free shipping is not available on select ammunition, oversized items, and items sent directly from the manufacturer. These and other items may incur additional fees at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers are only valid on Standard Ground Shipping within the continental U.S.

  • We are not responsible for delays by the carrier and will not provide refunds for delayed shipments.

  • Please see our guidelines for purchasing firearms and ammunition online.

  • We offer optional package protection at checkout that covers you in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. This service, provided by Route, must be purchased for a lost, damaged, or stolen item to be eligible for replacement. 

 

In-Store Pickup Policy

  • Please allow 24 hours for in-store pickup orders to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready.

  • Orders are available for pickup during our normal store hours.

 

Expected Delivery Times

  • In-stock merchandise will generally arrive within 5-10 business days after the order is processed.

  • We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to weather or other circumstances.
