This Attwood Anchor Chain is intended for use on penetrating anchors and it holds down anchor shanks to help keep the anchor flat. This Anchor Chain increases anchor holding strength, especially in strong currents, high winds, and in coastal waters. It protects the line from chafing on sharp rocks, and it has a welded, oversized link on each end for easy installation and anchor attachment. This hot dip galvanized steel chain has 2 shackles and is ¼-inch x 4 feet long.
